Health Canada Compliance for Natural Health Product (NHPs)

IFMS operates in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - a requirement for importing and distributing NHPs within Canada.
We offer two options for managing your natural health product storage and order fulfillment:

  • Append our GMP compliant warehouses to your existing site license
  • Add your product to our existing site license.

Should you choose the latter, we will manage your site license and act as importer of record. This approach avoids the need to establish an office in Canada, allowing us to act on your behalf.

Custom Portal Development

IFMS has developed a number of unique client portals. These portals provide the capability to put the product ordering activity in the hands of users while still retaining a high degree of control.

One such example was developed for a company with over 500 retail locations across Canada. The retail location managers placed orders which were in turn fed into a queue for approval by their line manager. Only after approval did the order flow to IFMS for fulfillment. Just one example of the benefits available with a custom portal.
